--> identify how you can get root-level changes done (redirects; logos;), spam control.

--> describe how site admins work: customize help pages, sidebars, namespaces, terms of service, privacy

What are the primary scripts that would import from current WD:WikiCite? That would run the active feeds for keeping WC up to date w/ the latest Crossref event feed?

• What is up front and marginal costs for ingesting and searching the ~100M articles? similar scale for each of books, patents.
• How does this scale w/ # of queriers, with larger magnitudes of raw data?
• How do CERN and other very-large dataset holders host, query, make available subsets?

Other parallels: rumor has it that sibling citation + metric services pay ~250k/y for cloud services, on top of their own development costs, to serve ~100k users/mo. May not be optimized.
